Refund Policy

If books are returned because they are defective or damaged, or through an error on my part, the delivery charge and the postage incurred in returning the item will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form of payment. However, if the articles returned are deemed in acceptable condition, or were incorrectly returned because of a supposed error on my part, neither the cost of the book(s) nor postage costs will be refunded.

Customers operating within the European Union have the right for seven days after delivery to withdraw from the purchase of books. Whether or not the application to withdraw arises from an error on my part, the purchase cost and postage will be refunded.
